Fernanda Santiago Maxwell

Fernanda Santiago Maxwell currently serves as Senior Manager for Hispanas Organized for Political Equality. In her role, Fernanda focuses on building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, community leaders, and elected officials throughout California. She manages the Central Valley regional leadership training program designed to build leadership pipelines for sustained civic engagement and advocacy.

Fernanda brings a background in philanthropy, civic engagement, and campaign work. She previously served on the Fresno County Young Democrats Board and the Central Valley Bruins Alumni Board.

She earned her B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
