Camille Harper Zapata is a digital executive and seasoned campaign strategist based in Stockton, California. She currently serves as Digital Director for Governor Gavin Newsom, where she leads statewide digital communications to advance key priorities. As President of California Women’s List, Zapata brings bold leadership and deep organizing experience to champion pro-choice Democratic women across the state.

Previously, she led House of Zapata—a QWOC-owned creative and political consulting firm—and served in key roles across local and state government, including as Chief of Staff in San Joaquin County and campaign manager for Senator Susan Talamantes Eggman. Zapata is pursuing her Master’s in Public Relations Innovation, Strategy, and Management at USC Annenberg.
