Kate Naranjo spends her professional life trying to figure out how to make economic mobility a reality for more Americans. She currently works as a Director on Year Up's Talent Networks team, working on innovative solutions to help more young adults without degrees get and thrive in good jobs. She's spent the last decade working on projects big and small across the United States, including a research project on the poorest communities and leading policy work to remove degree requirements from government jobs. She proudly lives in Oakland, and can be found hiking the East Bay park system and in Rocket Yoga classes.
